The bottom line is that it does not matter what market you are in, IT IS A COMPETITIVE ONE!  When you first were obtaining your license, you may have thought that a couple thousand dollars and a two week class meant you were destined for success.  I am sure reality set in within 6 months of obtaining your license.  Yes indeed, it takes time and money to become a successful real estate professional.
 
 
What I want to share with you here will possibly be good news.  I want to also say that this information is NOT for everyone.  There are some agents that are ok with selling 6 properties a year.  They are part timers, maybe a stay at home parent or a semi-retiree...That's great. 
 
This information though is for those professionals that want to capture their market and be the top dog!
 
The good news is, you can control your market.  You can be the person that people contact when they are looking to buy or sell.  You can do this without spending every weekend at an open house, volunteering at every nonprofit organization in town or having breakfast at the same place every day no matter how bad the coffee is!
 
 
What you need to understand is that networking is great, but it is something EVERY SUCCESSFUL AGENT IS ALREADY DOING.  You need something that sets you apart from the rest of the crowd.  Sure, newspaper, television and radio is a great way to separate yourself, but the cost makes it unobtainable for most agents.  If you have 1,000's a month to throw at media like that...GREAT!
 
WHAT IF YOU I WERE TO TELL YOU THAT FOR $400 A MONTH, YOU COULD TOTALLY CRUSH YOUR COMMPETITION? 
 
 
Right now, there are a few of you that sees $400 a month as too much.  I completely understand.  Stop reading and I wish you the best.  For those of you that understand that one additional closing a month dwarfs that $400 and the $400 is a marketing expense tax write off, please keep reading as there is a sense of urgency associated with this material.
